Get your private key in hex
PostQueen needs the private key as 64 hexadecimal characters, not the
nsec1... form most apps show. A client such as iris.to can show the hex version, or convert an nsec key for you.2
Open Add Channel
In PostQueen, open Channels and choose Add Channel, then Nostr and Enter details.

Paste the key
Paste the hex key in Nostr private key and choose Connect.

Check that it connected
The channel appears in the Channels list with the name and picture of your Nostr profile. It shows No Name when none of the five relays has your profile.
Post settings
Nostr has no post settings. The API takes"__type": "nostr" and nothing else, as Nostr posting settings shows.
Comments and threads
Continue thread adds parts to the note. Each part is published as a reply to the part before, with its own delay, and is held to the same limit as the first note. A reply points only at the part before it, not at the first note, so a client that follows Nostr’s threading rules strictly may not show the parts as one thread.Good to know
- PostQueen signs each note with your key and sends it to five relays:
nos.lol,relay.damus.io,relay.snort.social,temp.iris.toandvault.iris.to. A note counts as published when at least one of them accepts it. The list is fixed, so a note reaches your followers only if their clients read one of these relays. - Your key is stored encrypted on PostQueen’s server, so that PostQueen can sign each note at the scheduled time. Treat it as you would any key that can post as you.
- A key pasted in
nsecform is read as hex and connects the wrong identity. Delete that channel and connect again with the hex key. - The link on a published note opens it on primal.net.
- Invite by link does not offer Nostr, because the key is typed into PostQueen. Connect it with Connect myself.
- During the free trial, a Nostr account that another PostQueen workspace already connected is refused until you end the trial.

None of the five relays took the note, so it was not published. Relays can refuse a very long note, or be down for a while. Shorten the note or try again later.

The key belongs to another identity, often because an
