Pick what to look at

With more than one reporting channel, the page opens on All channels. Pick a single channel in the list to see only its numbers.

Pick the period

Choose 7d, 30d or 90d at the top. A channel offers only the periods its network supports.

Open one post

Click one of your top posts, or choose the statistics icon on a row of Performance per post. From Posts in the left rail, choose the Post Statistics icon on a published post. The Statistics window shows that post’s numbers under Post Analytics, for 7d, 30d or 90d.
PostQueen does not shorten links today, so the Statistics window has no Short Links Statistics table. It appears only where a link shortener is set up.

Act on a post

Each top post and each row of Performance per post has a menu, the button with three dots:

What each view shows

All channels covers your published posts across the reporting channels:
  • Your top posts, up to five, ranked by Reactions or Comments.
  • By channel: post impressions in this period, per channel.
  • Posting days: how many posts went out on each weekday.
  • Engagement mix: known reactions against comments.
  • Performance per post: a table you can sort by Reactions, Comments, Eng. rate and Impressions, with Previous and Next to page through it.
The period picks which posts count, by the day they were published. The numbers are each post’s totals so far, not only the activity inside the period. One channel shows a card for each metric the network returns, with a chart and a total for the period. When the network has per-post numbers, the post sections above follow for that channel alone.

Good to know

  • X numbers do not update on their own. Choose Refresh beside Performance per post to read the latest: the channel’s totals for the last 7 days, and the numbers of its posts published in that time. Updated next to it says when they were last read, and choosing Refresh again within 15 minutes changes nothing. Until the first refresh, an X channel shows “No numbers for this channel yet”. Older X posts keep the totals from their last read.
  • A channel marked Needs reconnecting cannot load numbers. Choosing it takes you to Channels to reconnect it.
  • The metric names on the cards come from each network, so they differ from one network to the next.
  • With no reporting channel yet, the page says “No analytics yet” and offers Connect a channel.
