Ask for a refund

Find the charge
On Billing, choose Open billing portal under Payment method & invoices. Note the date and the invoice number of the charge.

Email support
Write to support@postqueen.ai within 30 days of the charge, from the email address on the account, or include the invoice number.

Say whether to cancel too
A refund on its own does not cancel the plan. To stop future charges, cancel on Billing as well, or ask support to cancel it for you.

Wait for the money
The refund goes back to the card or payment method you paid with, through Stripe. Banks usually show it within 5 to 10 business days.
Good to know
- Your plan after a refund. If the refund leaves the workspace without an active plan, the plan it paid for ends and PostQueen tells you with a Payment refunded notice. You can subscribe again from Billing at any time. Your channels and posts stay.
- The trial is free. The $1 authorization placed when the free trial starts is released at once and never charged, so there is nothing to refund.
- Older charges. A charge older than 30 days is refunded where the law or the Terms of Service give you a right to it, for example the right of withdrawal for consumers in the EU, the EEA and the UK.
- Canceling is separate. Manage your subscription shows how to cancel, and what happens to your channels when a plan ends.
Deleting your account
Deleting your account cancels the plans of every workspace you own at once, then deletes your account, workspaces, channels and posts. It does not refund anything by itself, so ask for a refund first. Settings has the steps.
