Admins manage everything on Billing (left rail, or Billing & invoices in the user menu). It is not a Settings tab. Everyone else sees Billing as someone else’s job. Change plan on that page. Stripe prorates. Open billing portal is Stripe’s page for the card and invoices. It sends you back to Billing. Cancel keeps access until the period ends. Press it again while cancel is scheduled and the subscription stays on. There is no refund button on Billing. A founding deal still in its trail can drop to FREE immediately instead of waiting for the period end.
