# FAQ

## Getting started
PostQueen is an AI social media assistant who writes the copy, designs the visuals and schedules posts across 30+ networks, while you review the calendar.
New here? The [quickstart](/quickstart) takes you from an empty account to your first scheduled post in about five minutes.
Both run the same code.

On the way. Meanwhile [app.postqueen.ai](https://app.postqueen.ai) runs the whole calendar from a phone browser, and she answers on WhatsApp or Telegram through [OpenClaw](/agents/openclaw) or [Hermes](/agents/hermes).
## Channels and posting
30+ networks, from the big ones like X, LinkedIn and Instagram to community platforms such as Discord, Mastodon and Reddit.
On the cloud you connect a channel with a couple of clicks. Self-hosting? You register your own provider apps and drop the credentials into the environment first. Full walkthrough: [OAuth configuration](/configuration/oauth).

Everything is on the calendar before it goes out, and you can edit or delete any of it.
Scheduled means scheduled: it publishes on time without asking again. Want to stage things instead? Ask her for drafts, which sit on the calendar until you publish them.

30 requests per hour on create-post, and nothing else is capped by it. Schedule several posts in one request when you need throughput.
Self-hosting? Raise or lower it with `API_LIMIT`.
## Open source and licensing
Yes. She is AGPL-3.0, forked from [Postiz](https://github.com/gitroomhq/postiz-app) with thanks to its contributors.
Her source lives at [github.com/GkhanKINAY/postqueen-app](https://github.com/GkhanKINAY/postqueen-app). Read it, run it on your own box, and open an issue when something looks wrong.
