# Subscription

> Change plan on Billing, open the Stripe portal, cancel at period end

Admins manage everything on **Billing** (left rail, or **Billing & invoices** in the user menu). It is not a Settings tab. Everyone else sees Billing as someone else's job.

Change plan on that page. Stripe prorates.

**Open billing portal** is Stripe's page for the card and invoices. It sends you back to Billing.

**Cancel** keeps access until the period ends. Press it again while cancel is scheduled and the subscription stays on. There is no refund button on Billing.

A founding deal still in its trail can drop to FREE immediately instead of waiting for the period end.
