# Downgrade

> Extra channels switch off, not deleted. Scheduled posts stay.

Moving to a smaller plan does not delete channels or scheduled posts.

If you have more live channels than the new cap, the newest extras are **disabled**. They keep their history. They will not publish until you turn them back on. Upgrade, or free a slot with **Disable Channel** on something else, and they come back, oldest first.

Dropping to a plan without team members disables every member below superadmin. It does not remove them. Moving to FREE deactivates Auto Post; turn it back on after you subscribe again.

Posts on a disabled channel stay on the calendar and will not go out until that channel is enabled.
